Every Questcare Medical Clinic location is a primary care clinic designed to offer advanced treatment using state-of-the-art technology, while maintaining the comfortable small-town feel our patients value. Patient Information

• After-Hours & Emergencies: For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. For non-urgent matters (prescription refills, referrals, second opinions), leave a message during business hours; we’ll return your call the next business day.
• Scheduling Appointments: Same-day appointments are usually available.  Book online or call 888 801 8466.
• What to Bring: Photo ID, insurance card, co-pay, and an up-to-date list of your medications.
• Patient Portal: Communicate securely with your care team and access records via the  Questcare Patient Portal .
• Cancellations & Missed Visits: Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may incur a fee.
• Insurance & Payment: We accept most major insurance plans. Confirm your coverage and network status with your provider.
